Just be satisfied with what you do everyday. It doesn't matter how productive you were, it matters if you were productive or not. Even if you just work for 30 mins, if you continue to do that for days, months or maybe years,it will compound...

I feel sloppy the whole day. How in this world am I gonna know my circadian pattern! Past History: Till a year back i was a morning person, i could study efficiently in the morning before my school... Then for the past 6-7 months i prefer studying at night and felt the most productive around that time. And now the problem is that since the last 2 months i have been feeling sloppy the whole day.. i do get bursts of energy sometimes but that's pretty random (i.e., i can get that motivation either at night or at day, no regular pattern) Well isn't this confusing... How am I gonna discover my productive hours now and what my circadian rhythm is!?

Bro is there any video which will help to get motivated all the time. My motivation stay only for 1day and then gone. Please reply
@matarjoe240
@matarjoe240 Жыл бұрын
Actually no. It start with motivation but continues with discipline, i’m saying that based on my personal experience. I’m a third year law student, i study probably 50 hours per week , I have everyday 4-5 hours in college , i read 30 min everyday and go to the gym. So you can understand that i don’t have any free time. And i will actually tell you , that each and every day , i feel like i just wanna relax , play video games , hangout.. I don’t wanna wake up at 6 am , i want to sleep more . But after all , i just say to myself no and start working , because i believe that this sacrifice and this hard work will pay off in the end , and i even start to see some results , i know a lot compared to my classmates who don’t give the same energy as mine , who don’t put that extra work… P.S: try to sleep early and wake up early , always plan your day , don’t tell anyone what you’re doing and when you put a task and you feel like you don’t wanna do it , just start by doing it for 5-10 minutes and you will end up doing it , like if you should study and you’re not feeling it , start reading your course for 5 minutes and you will do it ) Hope that will help you !!!

@@kuramasenseiamv4235 bro the point that , i’m telling you that , i’m doing all this without motivation , you have to become disciplined, even if you don’t want to do it you should do it and this what happens with me.

Hi. When we were taught on results and success in high one of the parables they used was that of fire. If you make fire out of straw or paper it will quickly burn but die out soon; but if you make fire out of wood it will take much longer to burn but will continue burning for a long time. The moral of the story is that if you want instant results, they won't last but if you are patient and steadfast you will have long term results. Motivation is the paper fire, discipline and determination is the wood fire. This might not make any sense to you at the moment but just take this advice: develop discipline
