Hi I'm a fan but a lurker so the rest of the buoys won't recognize me. Just gotta say: Welcome! and I think you'll like her stuff. She's definitely chaotic and silly yet has such a lovely voice for singing and can stun people when in Dark Mode. In case the VOD is still up, you should definitely check out the acoustic singing stream.

That seems to be the big push with the newer Live2D models, make the mouth as responsive as ever. Also spend time getting the settings right on the phone as well as in VTuber Studio so one doesn't have to do all the weird expressions to get those mannerisms passed over. Over exaggerated smiles and whatnot, still got to do it a bit but not as bad as the older models. Seen clips where both ShyLilly and Ironmouse talked about this over-exxageration issue.

Calibration may be even more important. Bao went through the details one time about how most models over the last few years were just fine at rig and tracking, but too few properly use what they get.

I’d only recently watched clips of her but this girl is talented. That was great. I was subbed to her, Riifu (before graduating), and Kiki months back but I hardly watched any of them. Honestly, she sounds like you’d expect Melody to if Mel could actually sing. At least to me she does.

She was dead on about Covid being the reason for the huuuge vtuber boom. Idk if they would have exploded in popularity like they did if the pandemic didn’t happen. They might have been the reason a lot of people didn’t go *completely* insane. Not me, I definitely lost my mind after 6 months. Still haven’t mentally recovered.

That was very impressive, I've only ever seen the hazbin hotel alastor version, id like to see more from this up and coming vtuber related to musical parodies like this one, I'm interested in seeing how she could change up other songs, and her , model added a really unique flair/style to the way she sung this song with the subtle changes in facial expressions and ear wiggles/tail wiggles among other small things was also very cool

Kilia actually mentioned this once in one of her streams :). If the original song is in American english, the person covering it tends to also sing it like that in order to stay as true to the original as possible, but I can see your point. It could be interesting to add their own accent to it.
