I appreciate how Nancy unpacks how we address our thought life however with this teaching, I wasn't able to bear witness completely to it. 1. Do we have to have an open door for the enemy to attack? Paul had a messenger from satan to buffet him....did he have an open door. Yes, I do believe that an open door is in many cases why the enemy attacks however are there other circumstances for forces of darkness to attack. Because satan and his assistance are outlaws, do they have to have a "legal" reason necessarily. An obvious reason is that we are being attacked because were on the verge of a breakthrough. I'll be doing some research on this. It's a good study. 2. The girl making the film of her story. Could it not have been an attack because of the exposure she was doing to the enemy? 3. Does "talking it out" open the door for the enemy? Were told to confess our faults one to another so that we may be healed. 4. If your parents or pastor are doing something wrong or hurtful, wouldn't it be appropriate to "accuse" them. Perhaps "accuse" is a strong word. Wrong doing should not be swept under the rug. I'm not saying that these are wrong. Just judging and testing prophesy and being a Berean to search the scripture to see if these things are true. 5/30/24 Adding this as I study it out.
