So this month marks seven years that we have been together as the Frost | Lindner ParkCity360 Real Estate Team. We started off with a very focused campaign on some of our higher ski-in/ ski-out homes, and slowly over the years, it’s grown and developed. We are seeing that we have a strong market in Promontory. Valen Lindner has been a member at the Promontory Club since 2007 and she knows the gated community well. This year the three highest closings within Promontory were represented by the Frost | Lindner team. We have represented resales and new homes under construction, which is different than selling a regular home. A couple of the challenges with new construction is that the timeline is much longer. Some of these were under contract for well over a year so a lot can change in the market and in peoples lives. So we enjoy helping buyers to see the concept of the finished home before it’s done, and then execute on all the finishes to meet their expectations. Working with a buyer, the seller, the design team and the builders often demands a very special skill set and since we have so much experience with our on-mountain new construction projects, it was fun to have these challenges brought forth in Promontory as we worked toward successful closings this year. There are some absolutely beautiful homes in Promontory. We have a home currently on the market that is under construction located in the private Pinnacle enclave.
