This is the second lesson of a complete B1 German course that will take you to the B1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
In this lesson you'll learn how the German letters are normally pronounced.

Thanks for the lesson! I'm a little confused, it's said "s" is pronounced like "z", or "s" in the end of a word. But in example for last letter - Strauße, it sounds like english "sh"

The letter combination st or sp make the s sound like an English sh, and one example is strauße, another example is Spargel, the word for asparagus.
