Seth Borden and Exploring With Josh film their Beyond The Dark Halloween special with Sam and Colby at the Old Historic Harriman Hospital in Harriman, Tennessee. The hospital has only been open to the public for paranormal investigations since March, and they are the first KZfaqrs to enter be in the building.
Harriman Hospital is rumored to be very haunted. There's claims of shadow figures, full body apparitions, poltergeist activity, and more. Seth and his team find themselves staying overnight - alone. While roaming the dark halls with nothing but a night vision camera, they find undeniable evidence that not just ghosts, but demons, do exist. Tripods fall off couches by themselves, multiple unexplained bangs are heard, and more, all caught on camera.

52:10 This is like one of the first times I've heard Sam talk like that. He seemed really scared. You can tell by his voice. and when he's saying they should leave at the end of the video he sounds so terrified. you know its bad when Sam gets that scared. He is always the one usually trying to calm everyone down and think things through reasonably but in this you can tell he just wanted out.

I think that the malevolent entity was trying to lure them to the fourth floor and scaring them with bangs to get energy, while the nurse was trying to warn them. The evil entity was the one trying to "reassure" them to get them to stay. It was Joanne who was constantly telling them to leave, to run, etc. She was protecting them just like they asked her to do.

that has to be the case. When colby asked why and if the demon asked them to go to the forth floor it said "it's ok" that could've been the demon trying to get them to ignore joanne's warning saying it was ok for them to be up there to get their energy while joanne was actually the one constantly telling them no, to leave and run out of the place or at least from the fourth floor.

I noticed that when Sam and Colby were walking down the hallway alone. The moment they got to Nurses area, they stopped feeling like something was following them. And they did in fact mention that the nurse loved the hospital. It was her home. She wanted to protect them from the Demon. so at the end She was telling the demon to leave and when it said no she told Seth Josh Sam and Colby to run and to get out of here. She wanted to protect them like she promised she would do. I got very protective vibes from her.

The fact Joanne was brave enough to go with you guys and try and protect you all from what ever was threatening you was amazing. The tour guide even said Joanne said she would come back to this hospital because it was basically her home so maybe, considering what ever demonic entity was following you guys, she wanted to protect this place from it because the hospital felt like home to her. I do feel like she was there with you guys during the estes method and was trying to protect you but what ever it was was more powerful. Also, when it gets to dangerous, LEAVE. I'm pretty sure no one that watches your videos wants you guys to risk your lives for our entertainment. Please be safe when stuff gets dangerous and potential demonic entities are threatening you!

Kind of what I was thinking. A bit different than my thoughts but same ballpark. I especially think that the small bang or thump behind Colby was Joanna attempting to scare them out. She could tell how they reacted to the bangs so she was probably like, “The bangs scare them. Let me scare them out to protect them” type of shit.

I think that nurse was for sure the one telling you guys to leave through the Estes method on the last floor. She was blocking whatever entity that was trying to get at you guys and was telling you guys to get out while you still can. It was like she was protecting you but could tell she couldn’t hold it off for much longer.

I feel like that estes session was whatever dark spirit and Joanna fighting to talk to you. Most interesting part was how the camera flips back OVER the chair, and not sideways or forward as weight would do on a tripod. That clip gave me shivers. Edit: also the spirits there really didn't like Seth for some reason. So much stuff on him from noticed to things dropping and being drained.

Many aren’t actually and think they’re still alive, I’ve found this is particularly true in places where people worked like a hospital. So asking if they were alive, they might not know what to stay because think think they are still alive. And equally like you say, a spirit trying to trick people can easily just say no

i grew up, and still live here. i've always heard harriman hospital was super haunted even before it closed down. so crazy to see this in real time! my family members were admitted here a couple of times before the hospital shut down and moved a town over. this video unlocked so many memories. roane county is small, but there is a lot of paranormal activity. if you ever revisit, ask about the "witch's circle" in kingston.. never felt an energy as dark as i felt even just staying with my sister who lived near there. it's hard to find due to the lore. Ask a local though, and they'll know. I'd pay money to see you guys go there because im way too terrified to go myself. :)
