In 1940, when I was 13 years old, I had a wide awake, real, in full color VISION of the Lord's Return... We lived out in the country in the middle of dusty plowed fields, dirt roads and woods in south Georgia. Everything looked kind of brown and crispy, like it needed rain bad. The corn field across the road in front of the house was starting to turn brown and die. I went to my bedroom, which faced out the front side of the house and looked out onto our front yard, which had a semi-circular dirt driveway and beside the left entrance was an old dogwood tree which had to be at least a hundred years old. Highway 341 ran from east to west in front of our house, which faced north, and the cornfield I spoke of earlier was on the other side of the highway. There was a slight rise in the middle of this field and you could not see the trees on the other side, so it looked like an ocean of corn that went off into the horizon. As I lay across my bed looking out the window, contemplating what I saw before me, I began to hear music in the distance. I specifically heard it in my right ear and the direction from which it came made me think of the high school band which practiced several miles southeast from where I lived. When conditions were right we could hear the band playing, but usually only heard the faint beat of drums. This sounded like trumpets and as I was thinking this to myself, I began to notice the music getting louder and louder, coming closer and closer, very quickly. Within a few seconds the sound wasn't just something that was exterior, but it was inside my head as well, reverberating throughout my entire body. It was so loud and it sounded like lightning crashed directly over my head and, in that split second, the trumpet sound thundered throughout my body and throughout the entire world...everything went dark and my bed and the earth shook violently. In a flash, I was no longer lying on my bed, but I was standing outside my bedroom window in the front yard and I beheld the scene in front of me with tremendous awe. It was still my front yard, only now everything was different. It seemed as if my entire range of vision was a huge 3D movie screen and I was in the middle of it. The trumpets continued to sound and I saw that the blue, sunny sky had turned black and the clouds churned and the wind blew with a violence that I had never experienced. The corn field was now a sea of wheat that was golden brown and ripe for harvest and I could see every stalk of wheat individually, billions of them. And I watched as the wind thrashed the wheat until it was beaten down by the storm. I now know that the Bible speaks several times about, in the end time, when the wheat is ripe for harvest, how the wheat will be separated from the tares. The tares are gathered and bundled together for burning and the wheat is gathered into the barn. Then I noticed the dogwood tree. It was mid-July, so of course I know there should not have been any blossoms on it, they usually bloom around Easter...but the tree was in full bloom. I had never seen anything like this. You couldn't see any leaves on the tree because of the millions of dogwood blossoms. It looked as if it were lit from within, by a glowing whitest of white, neon light and it glowed gloriously against the darkened sky. Now, I know the Bible says no man knows the day nor hour that Jesus will return, but if we watch for the signs, we can know the season. I have always felt that He might come back in the spring when the dogwood tree is in bloom. Of all the things that could have been highlighted in a vision; why the dogwood tree? I believe there is a specific message here. (Update: recently, I prayed about this and I feel the Lord placed into my spirit that this represents the fullness of the gentiles coming in). Just as I was taking all of this in, lightning filled the sky and the trumpets thundered over head again and in an instant there appeared two angels. They were dressed in white robes, facing each other up in the air and blowing golden trumpets. They were huge and filled the sky in front of me and I knew that the entire world must be seeing this as well. When I say huge, I mean like the size of the highest mountains, literally. I didn't think the trumpets could get any louder, but they grew louder still, building to a great crescendo and I heard a great shout that was louder than anything that you could imagine. And with that shout, it's as if the earth fell silent, the black, violent clouds began to roll back onto themselves from the center of the northeastern sky and I saw light in the distance. It was more a combination of light and clearing of the clouds in the distance that got my attention. As I looked up at this shaft of light and clearing sky, I saw what seemed to be fluttering and movement in the distance. As it came into view, I saw Jesus on a white horse and behind him were millions of angels and saints on white horses. It was at this moment, when I realized what I was seeing, that it disappeared and I was back in my room lying on my bed. Everything was back to normal and I was again looking out at a bright, sunny day.

Just in case anyone still doesn't believe in the Rapture, I offer you this. It's a little lengthy, but worth reading. 1 In second Thessalonians 2 verse 7. The Holy Spirit is indeed the only one who can or ever has restrained evil, and so when He is removed those that have been born-again will be removed with Him, unless you believe that we will be abandoned by Him. All who are hid in Christ have the Holy Spirit dwelling within them, when the Holy Spirit is removed, "he that now letteth lets," we will be removed with Him from this planet, and then shall that wicked be revealed. We will not be here when the antichrist is revealed to the world. 2 In Luke 21 the context is from verse 8 through 36, not just a singular verse. In verse 36 we are to pray that we will be accounted worthy to escape. Escape what? The entire context is about the tribulation period, and so it is seen as truth that there will be a rapture before the time of Jacobs troubles begin. This escaping does not mean that all who are today born again will live through those days, for is clearly seen as a truth that many will not love their lives unto the death, and many will be beheaded for their witness. if you believe that this "counted worthy to escape" means the continuation of your life through the days of tribulation, then you must admit to yourself that Philippians 1:21 is not a truth to you. 3 And as for Matthew 24 verse13, if you are going to say that there is no rapture of the church, that those who have been crucified with Christ will be left behind when the Holy Spirit is removed, then what you are saying by default is that all who have been saved by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ can lose, or have the promise of their eternal salvation, removed from them. that there is no assurance for those who have been born again, that there is a sin that the Lord will not forgive, a sin that He did not die for. What you are saying, by default, is that the Almighty cannot be trusted to keep his word, and that we are not saved by grace through faith, that we must not only perform some work that can be counted towards our salvation but must continue to perform works to maintain it. 4 Regarding 1st Thessalonians 4, verses16 through17, if the rapture was to occur at the end of the tribulation period, what is known as a boomerang theory, then you must believe that at the end of the tribulation period the saints are raptured and then turn right around and come back to earth, which makes no sense whatsoever, and attempts to displace much of the Book of Revelations from chapter 4 to 19. 5 If you believe that we cannot lose our salvation, but you also do not believe in the rapture, how do you offer further explanations for Matthew 24 verse13? “But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.” The verse is obviously speaking of those who will be saved during the days of Jacobs troubles, for if there is no rapture, then by default, you must believe that we can lose our salvation, that those who are saved today will go through the tribulation time, and that they must endure until the end of it, or to the loss of their lives and therefore there is no assurance of our salvation by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. 6 It is impossible for anyone to believe in the assurance of their salvation and at the same time believe that we must endure to the end. these two statements are in direct contradiction to each other. therefore, if you do not believe in the rapture, you cannot believe in the assurance of your salvation. The rapture will happen.

What does an understanding of the New Covenant do to the Pretrib Rapture doctrine? Since the New Covenant is “everlasting” in Hebrews 13:20, how is the New Covenant Church age going to end seven years before the Second Coming of Christ? Why would anyone think God is going back to the Old Covenant system now made “obsolete” by the New Covenant in Hebrews 8:13? We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. We are come instead to the New Covenant church of Mount Zion and the blood in Hebrews 12:22-24. Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, modern Dispensational Theology falls apart, and the pretrib removal of the Church falls with it. The Capitol "C" Church, as we use the word today, is not found in the entire Book of Revelation. Individual church bodies in ancient Asia Minor are found. In Revelation 12:11 we find those under the blood of the Lamb. A person cannot be under the blood of the Lamb and not be a part of the New Covenant Church of Jesus Christ. Verse 12 of this passage proves at least part of the tribulation period is the wrath of Satan upon the people of God. Rev 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. Rev 12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. "It may come as a surprise to most pre-Trib prophecy students that the post-Trib position (in its primitive form) is the oldest point of view." (The quotation above is from the book "Will You Escape The Tribulation? RAPTURE [Under Attack]", by Tim LaHaye, copyright 1998, Page 197.) Tim LaHaye was co-author of the “Left Behind” books and movies which have convinced millions of modern Christians that the Church age ends seven years before the Second Coming of Christ. Recently, Pastor Matt Furse of Mountain View Baptist Church in Custer, S.D. has written a book titled “Which One Is Right?’, which reveals the recent history of the pretrib rapture doctrine, and the fact it does not agree with what is written in the King James Bible. The gathering of the Church is described at the end of 1 Thess. Chapter 4, and the timing of the event is found in chapter 5. The word “But” in the first verse of chapter 5 connects the two chapters, and the words “we” and “sleep” in verse 10 of chapter 5 prove the two chapters are connected. The Greek words for “wrath” and “tribulation” are not the same word, as proven by the verse below. Rev 1:9 I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ. Paul’s mystery last trump resurrection and the judgement seat of Christ for believers. Two resurrections and two judgements have to be accounted for. The two resurrections recorded in Rev 20:4-5, one prior 1000 years, one after. The first resurrection a mystery. Paul: Dead in Christ rise first, (a resurrection) then those who are alive and remain meet them in the air 1 Cor 15:51-52. The first judgement, the judgement seat of Christ, 2 Cor 5:10. Recorded but hidden in prophetic language. John records this first mystery resurrection and judgement within prophetic language, the mystery fulfilled when the last angel sounds Rev 10:7, then in the seventh and last trumpet we see judgement and rewards for the servants the prophets, and saints Rev 11:18. Dead aren’t judged and rewarded in the grave, only after resurrection comes judgement and rewards. The second resurrection and judgement well known, recorded as the great white throne Rev 20:11-15.

Some of Jesus’ last and most important words followed Matt 24, hidden within parables that few understand, each pertaining to the disciples questions of last days. The disciples had already asked Jesus why He spoke in parables to the people Matt 13:10-12, they have hidden meaning that only His own will understand. As to His ten virgins parable. Teachers, pastors and others interpret the oil as the Holy Spirit, I understand this to be correct, as oil throughout scripture represents anointing, the Holy Spirit required to enter heaven, yet teachers today fail to interpret all other content addressing the full meaning of the parable. It’s the oil/Holy Spirit that allows entry at His coming in His parable. Five foolish virgins just knew that they were entering in, yet they were shut out, none had the required oil. All had lamps, but five wise had a vessel of oil/Holy Spirit. Those not having a vessel of oil/Holy Spirit remain behind. Only to be sent to purchase the oil from those who sell it. Who are those selling the oil/Holy Spirit? Is the oil/Holy Spirit for sell? How much does the oil/Holy spirit cost? These are the questions todays teachers fail to address, as well as seekers never asking questions. Some may even scoff at the ideas of things needing purchased, yet Jesus tells those in the laodicea church to purchase items from Him, gold, white garments and eyesalve, purchase or be spewed out. Two resurrections and two judgements are hidden within His last parables of Matt 25, again, teachers never interpret the questions within them which provide insight to timing His returns. Jesus, Paul, John and others wrote about His comings, actually timing and recording the events, yet doctrines of men have kept many seekers away from knowing truth, with many seekers having itchy ears never asking questions. Jesus warned four times in Matthew 24, don’t be deceived. Many false prophets would be seen. Many believers today are unprepared for whats preparing to come upon this generation, due false teachings of men and itchy ears, making foolish virgins believe that they enter in, but foretold by Jesus in a parable to be left behind with those who sell the oil. Understanding Jesus’ last words in these parables before being arrested allows the believer to place them within the correct last days prophecy. Understanding His last teaching priceless for those allowed to enter in. Who are those who sell the oil? Have you purchased the gold? White garments? Eyesalve? What do they cost?

Trying to understand the rapture? Paul spells it out for us. 2Th 2:1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, ...by our gathering together unto Him.... 2Th 2:2 That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. ...day of Christ... 2Th 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; ...that day (when we are gathered to Jesus/day of Christ/rapture)... will not arrive until the apostasy happens and the man of sin be revealed. He even warns you not to let any man deceive you in these matters. Peace, PTT

You are confusing tribulation with God's wrath...they are separate. The "Great Tribulation" Jesus spoke of is satan's wrath against believers...God's wrath comes after the tribulation and is against an unrepentant evil world. See Matthew 24: 29-31.

The rapture is the first resurrection (your soul ascends) even while your body remains here as we see with Apostles and early church: The rapture comes after the TRAVAIL of the woman (heart, Israel) who brings Messiah into the world, John 16, Mark 4): This separates the soul from the body within two years, takes Israel the SOUL UP and out of the world, and leaves 1/3 of the heart and mind here (TAIL OF SATAN) and this part goes through the GREAT TRIBULATION: Paul explains it all in his own EXPERIENCE so the CHURCH would know what is happening and HOW: Jews don't need Jesus, they NEED their God which is supposed to be the same God Christians have, bring them to HIMSELF through the ANOINTING as he did when he took them out of Egypt the first time. If they trust HASHEM for this anointing, they will immediately understand Jesus: On the other hand, Christians who believe in Jesus and were never anointed, don't KNOW JESUS at all and are also in danger because the devils believe and tremble. I don't know why Jews and Christians doubt so much, well, I actually do: FOR THEM, Messiah never returned: BUT Messiah both came and started returning in that same generation he arrived, which some did see. Messiah actually started revealing himself to Abraham or there would be NO Israel or Jews at all even today. Isaac is the spiritual seed while Ishmael is the physical seed of Abraham and neither Jew or Muslim understands this and to my dismay, not even Christians understand it and that is supposed to be their message when Judaism didn't bring it or keep that first COVENANT HASHEM made with Abraham, the heart circumcision. So when did Christ return for Christians which are the lost exiled tribes of Israel? (Acts 2 he started returning for the last 2000 years) but Christians like Jews discount their own scriptures all the time: Just cherry picking where they are in the journey which is waiting for the Messiah, first or second time, don't matter: HE HAS BEEN arising and yes he ARISES IN HIS PEOPLE, his saints, when they are baptized into his NAME by the power of the HOLY SPIRIT so they can be as he is in the world: NOBODY is reporting this anymore which is why the STORY of it happening is all that is left for both religions that are now just living in the past and future, with no "REAL" experience of the Messiah. Does that stop them from talking about him? NO, they love talking about what never happens: IT keeps them important and relevant. in a little while and you will not see me and then in a little while you will see me and your JOY shall be full: ENTER ACTS 2 where God starts building his house upon the cornerstone the builders of the first two temples rejected: Christ has been returning for 2000 years but to EVERY MAN IN HIS OWN ORDER I COR 15, in his saints 2 Thess 1:10, and only those who have SEEN him (become witnesses of him) can tell you HOW HE RETURNS (I just did) because the seed of the woman was born through the good ground of my heart (Mark 4): All those who have not experienced their "HOUR" of their visitation, their APPOINTED TIME, will not be able to tell you that because their "EYE" has not seen him nor their EAR heard him yet. HANG IN there, your HOUR could come on these Jewish Feast days starting with Tisha B'Av if he was born through your heart last Christmas around Hanukkah: ONE day, people will be glad when the next and next person experiences their HOUR like the early church was: TODAY, nobody will be happy for you but ridicule, delete and tell you to take your meds: B"H and BLESS YOU ALL
