You actually can confirm further that water has memory for the following reason. A scientific experiment was carried out whereby a group of students were all encouraged to obtain one drop of water from the same body of water, all at the same time. Through close examination of the individual droplets, it was seen that each produced different images. A second experiment was then carried out where a real flower was placed into a body of water, and after a while a sample droplet of the water was taken out for examination. The resulted produced a mesmerising pattern when hugely magnified, but all of the droplets of this water looked very similar. When the same experiment was done with a different species of flower, the magnified droplet looked completely different, thereby determining that a particular flower is evident in each droplet of water. The German scientists believe that as water travels it picks up and stores information from all of the places that it has travelled through, which can thereby connect people to a lot of different places and sources of information when they drink this water, depending on the journey that it has been on. This has even been compared to the human body, of which each is incredibly unique and has an individual DNA unlike any other. Whilst the human body is made up of 70% water, conclusions could be drawn from these new discoveries that human tears can hold a unique memory of an individual being, through the body’s store of water hosting a complete store of information that is linked to individual experience.

Your water animal answer is incorrect. You applied his water statement to our world instead of Frozen's world. They live in a castle surrounded by water, so his statement could be true. The water has memory fact is also true in the world of Frozen, the movie proved this. A script error is possible for the blinking.

Enchanted forests being places of transformation refers to literature studies, esp. literature studies of fairy tales and is probably also explained in the writing book "Into the Woods" by John Yorke. I'd count that as another 'right' for Olaf ;) Also: Sailor Boldest in the comments below got it right as well ^_^

When stating water holds memory its stating that water molecules can essentialy act like the RAM in the computer. Also for the forest parta dealing with transformation it is speaking character wise in disney magical forests are similar to the deserts in hero mythos where a revelation is revealed to the character or a great obstacle is presented to change the characters viewpoint or cause a quick change in the characters development.

When I first saw the film and heard the "Water has memory" it reminded me that this is the fundamental belief behind homoeopathy, which has no basis in evidence based medicine. It made me wonder if there was a writer on the team that was into homoeopathy and was trying to use this film to promote that idea.
