After switching sides they maybe can full buy, etc, etc. This gives a sense of suspense to the video as the opposing team would slowly face an increasing challenge!

Actually the name of the rank has to be a material that is less expensive than iron. Aluminium is more expensive. Actually, according to google iron is the least expensive metal/alloy. Consequently, the name would be not metallic. Wood is cheaper, but it is natural and is associated with good things. Plastic is a better option imo. It is cheap and a lot of trash is plastic. Plastic suites here very well.

yeah seriously the iron skill gap is too big a decent amount of people are passable, probably moving onto bronze without much trouble, but there are a lot of players who simply can't do anything, ADSing in close range like they're playing COD and missing i won 3/5 of my first placement matches ever and i got landed iron 3 and im still stuck here

Same , this was like after 6 months of playing valorant. and i decided to get a rank because i was bored , i got placed in bronze 2 or bronze 1. When i came back after like a week , i started to really grind and people told me that my MMR is too low and i deserve to be in a higher rank or elo. Now im currently Silver 1 , fighting Golds and Plats while also getting carried.
