Ingredients
1 small shallot, finely diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 eggs
2 cups day old rice
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
MSG (NOT OPTIONAL) jk
White pepper
In a cast iron pan over high heat,
Add oil then cook your shallot until softened. Add garlic cook until fragrant. Then add more oil if needed and add your eggs. Cook until fluffy. Add day old rice
Cook until lightly charred 5 minutes. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, MSG and pepper serve with green onions.
