Kung nasa table side sya, he needs to move or switch on the opposite side of the court after reporting to the scorer's table and become a new trail official. Kung nasa opposite side ang center official who made a call for a foul, there is no switching at all. He needs to report to the scorer's table and stay as center official. In both scenario, the position of the referees will changed during throw-in as where the ball to be inbound. There is always a rotation from the lead official where the ball to be throw-in and will be conducted by the new trail official in either side of the court.

Maraming sitwasyon na pwede tawagan ang isang player o miembro ng team ng technical call/foul. Ang lahat ng sitwasyon na ito ay tinatawag na conduct violation. Sa basketball maraming uri ng conduct violation para ihatol ang technical call/foul katulad ng mga ss: 1. Losses control of emotions sa pagitan ng kapwa player/team na magkalaban at disrespect ng player/team sa referee. 2. Behaves poorly, mga halimbawa dito ang pagbato ng bola sa sahig intentionally, neglecting warning during throw-in which extending parts of the body to the boundary line, clapping or shouting the shooter to distruct during an attemp ( kapag hindi na-shoot ang bola dito ihahatol ang technical call/foul pero kapag na shoot ang bola hindi dapat tawagan ng technical call/foul dahil ibig sabihin hindi na distruct ang shooter ), delaying of the game ( warning for technical call must be given before T-call ) ex. Harassing the inbounder during throw-in after successful attemp, distruction of a shooter during free-throws including crossing the line while the free-throws conducted, trash talking to the opponent, disrespect to the table officials.

Salamat po.. Yon pong hinawakan ang oponent jersey during play in, technical foul po ba yun?

Hindi po. Kapag nangyari ang grabbing of jersey closed to the opponent at their cylinder position, the foul must be called as holding foul as even jersey is part of the body pero kapag ang grabbing of jersey ay nasa advantage distance it should be judged as unsportsmanlike foul for the intention is not for the ball and against the spirit of basketball. The action can injured the player by grabbing the jersey especially when the player is moving. If there's a contact action which the intention is not for the ball the judgement should be unspo dahil ito ay isang excessive action. T-call/foul is four misbehavior and misconduct ibig sabihin walang contact action but unspo is a excessive contact to the opponent which the intention is not for the ball or to play basketball.
