It's been three weeks since a Northwest Valley family had a water leak, and it still hasn't been repaired by the landlord and property manager.

First off he is not responsible for that water bill the homeowner needs to pay it. 2nd, 14 years? You could have bought your own home. Best of luck

What scrubs the maintenance guys for this property company are. Obviously you have a slab leak, you don't need to bust the slab, just disconnect the main and reroute it through the walls or the attic with pex. Easy repair. Any competent maintenance guy could have done this in a day. Then the carpet and baseboards and possibly more need to be replaced obviously but it didn't have to come to that.

That's Bill. He and his family are friends from my church. The property management has jumped to help them as soon as News 3 showed up. They've said that the house is "unliveable" And the Kasimoffs will need to find temporary housing while repairs are done.
