In this episode, we visited different junctions within the main road in Sentul, Jalan Sentul Pasar. Here we get to observe the transformation of the address, from that community based neighbourhood turning into a brand new urban address. It's also evident when we look at the townplanning strategy where the new blocks are way higher in density and they are matched with new infrastructures.
For M Arisa, that first impression of the block facade is not as great but when we learn more, it's actually 2 blocks. Most likely they combined the blocks together to maximize space and construction cost. Just like M Centura, that density allows them to price their products really affordable yet having great facilities with it, especially their vertical green strategy.
Personally, this is attractive to me as an investment product as the room rentals around makes a lot of sense along with the low entry price. But just like their previous product, most of the customers here are buying for own stay purposes. The larger 3 bedrooms units are the one best selling currently.
This is just so cool as we are documenting the transformation of Sentul as an upcoming address=)
