Nice review Richard, very straightforward & packed with insights! :) Pls make more reviews like this kasi as an ofw nagkakaroon kami ng unbiased review of good condos in the market. In the next review you make, can you perhaps add investment value to one of your criteria? You mentioned a bit about the investment aspect in the price criterua, but for people who arent end users and are just purely investors, wed like to know more about the investment side of it (like how much you think it can rent out for, who the target market would be, etc..) so perhaps in your next review, you can investment value as the 6th criteria and give a rating for that as well? Pls keep your videos coming, Im sure tataas ang followers mo as maganda/meaningful ang content. :)
