This home is absolutely gorgeous! The layout is phenomenal. I love the color palette the designers used. Being a modern home, they didn't go with the classic black and white but instead they added interest by using earth tones and pops of color. Absolutely one of my favorites.

You guys do know that people have a certain attention span Making a video 30-40 minutes can hurt watch time which then leads the KZfaq algorithms to not promote your video... He has a business to run and understanding the KZfaq algo and how people consume content nowadays is important. I think he’s doing fine

Second time watching your channel and again you aren’t showing the wet areas very well….I really wanted to see that main floor powder room. Absolute elegance,the home is stunning,but do a more expansive 30 mins video,for me to enjoy the fridge and bathrooms,those ones were rushed ,but good work to the designer and developer.

The insurance on this property is... Oh right, you can't insure this in Florida, the insurance companies have left already 😂 you have to be ultra wealthy to afford these homes in Florida. And the HOAs fees!! Must be astronomical 🤣
