That's how I describe Energon and Superlink. It's not THAT bad, but a lot of people hate it just because someone else does. Granted, a lot of Energon haters blindly hate the show as much as they blindly worship Transformers Prime or G1, so I doubt they formed these opinions on their own

My inner Kid: where is Bumblebee and Iron Hide? My outside: lets just admit Iron Hide was just a cheap GMC tunned up to look like a fake military armored box on wheels and bumblebee just died on this universe during the cybertron extinction, also Iron Hide died and in their place was Convoy who is better than Optimus Prima and Hot Shot, nice name now its clear why the american version just called it bumblebee

It's not really, most of the japanese dubs call him "blank + convoy" so in robots in disguise (RID) he's named fire convoy because he uses a fire truck instead of a truck in most incarnations

The worst thing Energon did to these was change the music which is always the worst thing any anime dub can do for me. Also, is the CGI shaded slightly differently here?

I think it's the same for the shading, it's just weird at certain distances which made it look like blobs of color

Despite how bad the animation and CGI is at least it's better than Ex-Arm. Come to think about it Ex-Arm is so bad that Energon/Superlink looks like a Jujutsu Kaisen/Kimetsu no Yaiba Animation

@@PropertySOfficial the hand draw Animation is the best aside of Kicker and Human (Megatron YAWNING, Demolishor Death, Inferno Torture, Shockblast Mutated, Combiners Combine Sequence, Wing Optimus Dynamic Finisher and Omega Prime vs Galvatron)
