This interview of Prophet Samuel Bilewu Oshoffa was made in the early 1980s and was shown on the then NTA Channel 7, Tejuosho. The interview was conducted by Mr. Modupe Alade, a veteran TV Journalist.

I am not a member of Celestial Church of Christ but having listened to the founder SBJ, I have a lot of respect for the church. His talks all based on his encounter with God and how he was called in a unique way. He feared God and referenced Him only. He was a true man of God and may his soul rest in peace.

soul desire There is nothing to pray about. God Almighty made we Celestial to know that this Our Great Pastor Founder is been sent from Him. When the Great man left this Sinful world many years back in 1985, at his laying in State stars ⭐️ from Heaven came down on his casket. I personally was shown a vision about this Great man of God. He was sitting Right beside Our Lord Jesus Christ. Our Great pastor. When he was still on this planet Earth, through the power of God,He was Able to raise more than 17 dead bodies back to life. @@tolamumubzy3631 The logo for the church is occultic, it has obviously occultic symbolism. Celebrating or worshipping Mary is also something that shouldn't be done. Even if Mary was a very nice person, it is wrong in Catholicism and wrong in any sect to venerate or worship/celebrate. There are practices in the church that are not of God many say and things buried and done by the head members that the church members do not know about. I wish other people could understand this fact! I’m a member and from all my personal studies, thoughts and experience, if one is to speak in truth, this is being a Muslim.. being a Muslim means you submit to your Lord on your face and believe in all the prophets of The One without discrimination.. Celestial is The New Muslim( I won’t say Islam because that term entails some other doctrines peculiar to the Messenger with that Message, as there are peculiarities with other messengers of the past too so each messenger is distinct but still speaking about The One).. And even Prophet Mohm’d spoke about how Islam would be at the end of days, He said ISLAM started as a strange thing and would return to being a strange thing at the end and here it is manifesting..but people are dogmatic, bias, sentimental and also idolize all these messengers.. I have no clue about the whole celestial system. I don’t know if they are even Christians because of the stuff they do. I knew him as far back as 1971 ever before he moved to Nigeria. He was just visiting Nigeria (Makoko parish) the only Celestial Church in Nigeria as at that time that I could remember. Initially, I took him as an ordinary human being but later When papa started to preach the gospel I began to examine him and was without that knew that he was not just a man but someone specially sent to this earth by God. No...01...He was never educated in any form but he used to correct those interpreters. Not only that at all times, he would give some bible passages out for people to read out and was able to tell if the passge was not right; he would tell you it was not the right passage. How then did he know it was wrong? Papa did not attend any classroom to know ordinary ABC OR ABDEEFGGB

Papa Oshoffa was a very humble man, he used to call men my friend and all women "ayaba"-meaning "Queen" I am surprised that he had only 34 wives I thought they were more than that. He was too good as a human being. He was never charging anything for all the healings. I am still a living witness and I can still talk much about him but I am no more in Nigeria. In case anyone wants to know about him I am now in Dublin Ireland.
