al hamdulilah , this podcast cleared my confusion about the concept of prophetic medecine. as the Dr said may Allah bless him , we should incorporate these prophetic practices as a lifestyle /preventive practices not as a cure for real health problems. thank you ! (in Morocco where i live we have a lot of misconceptions about this , and many pseudo "herbalists" take advantage of people to manipulate them and convince them to pay for this alternative medicine)

He speaks about that in the video. Broadly speaking it could simply mean that it helps the immune system. It doesn't mean that it will completely remove any and all disease.
