Print on US Letter size (8.5"x11" paper). This template is designed for a 23" head, so make sure to scale it up or down in your printer settings if you are a different size.

You do a great job man! I just used your template for The Batman cowl working on a costume. Instead of painting it I covered it with imitation leather. Looks great couldn't have done it without you! I'll probably give this build a shot too!

5 years ago when I was looking to pay somebody to make this freaking helmet for me, Nobody could do or envision it. now that I have my own 3d printer and I'm making the helmet myself and I think it's exclusive, I find You with the flip up helmet. I love it... and I hate it. I'm smiling through pain!

This is awesome. I couldn't do that as of now, but maybe one day. Any who I sent you a pic of my Batman helmet a while back. It didn't go as planned but it still turned out great for my first. With that said, even if you messed up your work can still be awesome. You just need to keep up the hard work.

Ive honestly never tried hardening EVA foam before, so that might be a challenge. If you want to try, I’d say go with 4mm thick foam!
