Hometown kyle subdivision is the most established. It's also the only place you can >3500 Sq ft. Houses

I love the fact that they’re thinking about the community of Kyle with Uber rides. Transportation is a must in rural areas. Excited about the developments as well. I heard that Leander is doing development. Can you do a video on Leander development? 😊😃

I just bought on the East side but it seems like a lot of development is happening on the West. Any pointers on if I should try to sale quickly or if the value will move over to my side

What would you say is a safe income for a single person to move to Kyle

That's a good question! Kyle's average household income is about $42k for individuals. Housing is a big factor to consider: rent for a 2-bed home averages $1.3k while the median home price is $336,175. Is there anything else you're curious about regarding Kyle or its surrounding areas?

Kyle sucks. I hate living here. Traffic and road infastucure sucks. Only 1 major grocery HEB and it smells old and moldy it’s always crowded. Lots of drunk drivers. Let’s not mention that’s Kyle is all clay so every house here has major foundation issues.
