The prices of housing has gone up a lot. What people don’t realize, prices of raw land even more so. Have you been looking at land only?

@@LIVINGINPALMBEACHFLORIDA I owned land there since the 60s soul it in the 90s for like $8,000 little over two acres now I'd like to buy some land back and it's a ripoff price gouging!!!!!!!

It's really nothing more than supply and demand. Demand is very high especially since the 90s.

@@pete1003 my father bought our plot of land in the 80s for 7K 63rd off of Mandarin and now it’s worth almost 500k. I wish Westlake never built out here, I miss the farm land and orange groves.
