The #1 drawback of Tubac is actually no gas station and a single grocery store. That said I am going to be looking for a place in the somewhat distant future. I love the place! Maybe some videos of the Barrio de Tubac neighborhoods?

I see below, someone mentioned "no gas station". How many miles is the nearest gas station and if you can provide a range for 1 bedroom rentals that would be helpful.

There is a gas station called El Mercado on 2261 I-19 Frontage Rd, Tubac, AZ 85646. I'm sorry my office doesn't handle rentals only residential sales. A company I recommend is Tower Rentals or Premier Property Management.
