I think that the worst part is that EVERY SINGLE ONE of the cases that this guy prosecuted most likely have to be reviewed, due to finding out that the prosecutor was corrupt enough to withhold evidence. That means that it is entirely possible that this wasn’t his first case like this.

Probably an inexperienced lawyer. If you get detained you can pay a lawyer to defend you in court or if you can't afford one, one will be assigned to you. If a lawyer is assigned to you, they usually are inexperienced ones

My dad was nearly shot to death. He worked in the navy and was on a work trip when i was 10. People had grabbed him and treated him horribly because of his skin color than they almost shot him but he managed to escape. He is alive and well but i couldn't imagine what life would be without him. He tells us to be careful because of our skin. Just wanted to share that story.

I really like how the guy at the end did the right thing and proved Robert's innocence. You should always do what seems right to you, even though others don't support you. Also, no matter where you come from, the color of your skin, your gender preferences, etc. everyone matters.

@@bardock8607 No, it doesn't just happen because of color. There are a lot of cases where the wrong person is sent to jail due to the trial being wrong. It's just that the system is stupid and sucks. It's not just black peiple who get sent to jail just because of crimes they didn't commit. I know this cause my uncle's an attorney.
