So far I've tried your company's slides that had TORNADO 60 ,TORNADO 24, FLYING SAUCER 45! And it's really fun!

Good question! The tilt drop angle of the saucer guarantees one ride path. See 0:50-1:00 of the video, it covers the tilt concept in more detail.

what happens if the tube gets stuck in the middle of the saucer

Objects will remain on a path unless a force acts upon it. The force in this case is the wall that forces the tube to curve its path. It would be almost impossible to just magically change velocity/direction and head into the saucer. It is a very well designed ride.
