I heard that there would be twins. And he could choose one of the twins as the main protagonist. I wouldn't be surprised if they were male and female twins. Honestly that would be awesome. But everything is a speculation at this point

Okay okay, here’s my hot take on Persona 6 protagonist gender. Much like Persona 3 Portable, I would say let us choose which gender we want to play as and either gender can be canon with different names, but maintain similar backgrounds and looks.

I think it'd be cool if Persona 6 did some Taoist mythology. I know Ryuji's Persona 5's resident Sun Wukong, but I think it'd be cool to have another Persona game do East Asian mythology, and Chinese mythology would no doubt fit pretty well.

Joker was the first to get a remake when they made persona 5 they then made persona 5 royal which is the remake but they added more to the story with the true ending if you will

I hate to be a party pooper but p5 isn’t the first to have a remake and those aren’t remakes. Persona 3 actually started it with OG p3 and then Persona 3 fes it’s just a traditional things for this series to re-release the game with more content

I do hope for a female protagonist. Kotone is my favourite cardboard cutout to put a personality into, and the one personality they give her makes me love her a lot more (discarding the p jokes, those are bad to a fault)

Narukami best contain his ego, if P4 Ever gets remade it would be to match Persona 5 Gameplay and Graphic wise, adding Baton pass, and the artstyle and direction like Reload did for Yuki

One reason I heard against this and have come to agree with is that it isn't as relatable as high school. It is a widely shared experience that can draw people back to that time in their life. We remember growing up learning about ourselves and feeling all types of emotions at that point in time just like the characters do. High school is also looked back on fondly especially in Japan because it is the last point where you have so much free time to hang out with friends and do as you please. If you took Persona and made it a college game based off Japanese culture like the rest of the games then say goodbye to free time, social links, and all the things we love about the game. A more mature version of Persona would lose all the qualities of the game that we love. A more mature persona variant should just be a different series of games. Soul Hacker could be that series.

At the very least if they won't allow the main cast to be at least 18+, they need to stop romanticizing pedophilic relationships and sexualizing minors. Which I feel is the main problem with the underage characters. Especially in cases like p3p and p4g where they added in more pedophilic relationships for some reason?

@@Axlelit , 1. Yu isn't an edgy teenager like Makoto, Kotone, and Akira are. 2. His video game is centered around a murder mystery, and 3. Yu doesn't even have the most badass Personas like Makoto, Kotone, and Akira does, so I'd much rather have Persona 1 and 2 remade.
