Peaceful protest by students of the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Idi-Araba, following the unavailability of electricity at the revered health facility since Thursday, June 27, 2024.
One of the students who spoke with The Guardian said “The situation is so bad as there is no water. The hostel has become smelly and food vendors are selling spoilt food.”
“But management is not saying anything. They are still organising tests and exams are coming up on July 22nd.”
