I just use a modified version of the defalt operating system, of course with the parts ment for the primegenators to enslave us removed (that actually happened in a forced update like this one!) (🤓☝️Also linux is not desighned for protogen support so you would need to make a custom fork of it with support for things like operating a nanite visor and internal systems for life support ect)
