I used to hate Proton cars when I was a little kid. Well, I knew nothing at the time and all I see were cheap ass cars that can't compete internationally. Now that I've dived into the world of automotives, it came into my mind to conduct a research on this Proton engine system and it proved to be an innovative technology as far as it goes in Malaysian domestic markets. Now I can just put my hat off and give some respect to Proton for their hardwork. Though it still has weaknesses, I still hope that young generation today will continue the legacy and improve it 😁 proud to be Malaysian but still not proud under Najib :P

aku pakai exora cps puas hati....biar lah xlaju mcm lambo ke apa...janji puas hati..xbanyak kerenah pun...myk pun xd lah kuat sangat...kene pandai jaga...pakai je pandai... xpandai jaga xguna jugak... harap #proton kekalkan enjin cps ni terbaik pernah pakai... pkus skrg ada cfe...cuma perlu pertingkatkan part2 yg ada kelemahan mcm masalah OCH ....

Terbaiklah proton menghasilkan enjin yg sngt baik dan cara pemasangan dan pemakaiannya yg cukup sempurna, brape ramai dh yg memiliki kereta proton di Malaysia dan di luar negara , kita sepatutnya sokong kereta nasional kita, orang luar sendiri pun ade yg memuji kereta proton , bersyukur negara kita boleh membuat kereta sendiri berbanding dengan negara yg lain tiada kereta sendiri, hanya mengharapkan kereta nasional di luar dan asal usul proton ialah hasil daripada tangan orang Melayu kita.

@mohdnurr the mini slider with respone at 4500RPM and when you still pressing the throttle to 7000RPM you shift the gear it will automaticly go back to 4500RPM and still give a good power....I tried this on the Satria Neo CAMPRO CPS

i drive gen2 cps and the engine performance rocks my world, except for the poor internal accessories. so far my worst problem is the central lock. unable to unlock the four locks using the button near the driver door. still repairing at the proton service. PROTON SHOULD HIRE QUALITY VENDOR COMPANY TO MAINTAIN ITS QUALITY IN ORDER TO COMPETE WITH FOREIGN CAR!!! For what it worth - two thumbs up for the CPS engine.

@vacancyJB google timming belt vs timming chain, chain were use earlier in an automotive engine and when timming chain snap you better find a whole new engine

should make the secondary cam profile (high-cam) open at 6500 rpm... and make primary cam peak power at 6500rpm... make the powerband wider so people can choose between economy and power... thats the problem with cps fuel consumption... adding vvt can make it more efficient in term of fc and performance.

I got something to ask.. Whats the different CAMPRO engine compare to others? What are the things that can make Campro got the advantages -13% more power, 10% faster accelaration, efficient fuel consumption.. could u please explain in technical ways?

I still prefer Proton with Mitsubishi standard engine, everyone i know using campro proton complaint a lot of defect and expensive to repair, Proton sales start to flop when it launch Camp Pro Engine, what shock me is there is a rubber ring inside the engine, Rubber lifespan is 5 years, an engine not suppose to have any rubber inside

@MrFilipi2 It is like honda VTEC technology.if you go to the video of Honda VTEC technology.is the same theory.have a look at VTEC.than you will see it. :)

the cps are more simple then others variable valve timming engine and more efficient, that's the reason Porche choose this concept, with the new cps turbo @ cfe its a superb powerful engine, A sentimental yet can be tempremental when you want it, same goes the fuel consumtion. who says you can't get both world. Love my Preve cfe😑😤

Teknologi yg bagus bole dikekalkn. Tetapi material injin prlu lebih masa kini. Saya percaya proton perlu berkeje dgn lebih kuat. Untuk berdaya saing dgn pengeluar yg lain. Contoh trdekat seperti jenama negara korea & jepun.

kpd yg suka kutuk proton tuu.. mmg lah kau rasa proton tu teruk sbb kau hanya mampu beli kereta proton iswara, saga lama dan sewaktu dgnnya.. kami yg sendiri ada proton campro tau lah enjin ni bagus.. kau kerja baik2 cukup hribulan belilah campro.. aku tau kaki kutuk ni miskin2 smua.. hanya mampu tumpang kereta org and then kutuk..

campro memang cekik minyak... skrg orang dah beralih k DVVT@CVT... fuel injectio lagi fuel saver.. sory lah banyak review pengguna camPro bad performance.. lebih2 lagi Gen-2 dengan Pesona MAAF lah bro...

Tony Stark aku pn pkai Saga BLM enjin campro bro.. trus terang aku cakap Wira aku dlu much better than my Saga!! Meyesal bli lps 10 year bukan enjin je msalah?? Malah kompenen lain pn sme.. button air cond problem.. meter rpm brmasalah.. lps tu sensor revears kjp bnyi kjap tak bnyi dll.. bnde nie bkn brlaku dkt campro biase je?? Abg aku yang pakai iriz VVT pn nk tukar kpd kete lain.. sbb apa?? Itu kena tanya die sndirilh.. aku prnah tnya tpi malas nk crita pnjang nti korang ckp aku nie tak sokong jnama tmpatanlh apa.. bgi aku enjin nie suck!! Sbb blum prnah lgi aq dngar dlm oil sump ade getah bukn dkt situ je?? Malah di tmpt lain pda bhagian enjin campro nie ada sbnarnya.. getah gasket hnya blh brtahan dlm 5 thn je lps tu die akn hncur sndiri sbb dh lme sngt ddk dlm enjin tu..hahaha.. itulh pnca knapa kete proton skrang cpt leaking.. bgi aku skrang nie Perodua yang ok sbb DVVT enjin.. insyaalah hnjung thun nie ambik Perodua plklh 😁👍🏻

campro iafm ramai kata bnyk masalah,tpi CamPro cps lebih tahan.. lebih power sedikit ,ayah pakai exora cps 10 tahun masih sedap dibawa , tk de apa2 masalah kt enjin, sekarang enjin dh berjalan dkt tiga ratus ribu kmh cuma Setiasa tukar minyk hitam pastu tukar timing bilte bila smpai masa die, setakat ni bahagian enjin tk de masalah cuma bahagian kipas je sebab tebakar lagipun dh lama pakai memang berbaloi tukar , jdi tukar kipas shaja bahagian lain masih cun

Umair Muzakkir pernah kena towing ke?? Sbb kawan saya dari KL ke Johor kereta exora die breakdown atas highway nasib xde kete mase tu.. syukur nasib xde pe2 towing pn cepat sampai sbb jalan regang mse tu.. pegalaman member saya pakai Exora CFE

Shazmi Yani setakat ni Exora ayah sya tk pernah kene towing lagi,ayah pakai exora cps manual punya, memang puas hti diri segi engine masih sedap gear box pun masih ok ,dh 10 tahun dh pakai, tpi exora cfe bnyk yg kene towing sebab problem gear box pastu engine yg model cfe tu ,tpi engine ni kadang2 je, bnyk terjadi sebab gear box cvt
