Didnt the first game also show it? Actually it did it better since you can see how they react after the infected reach a civillian area and soldiers starts appearing while once lively neighboorhood slowly become a warzone

Yeah, this is particularly common in the Red Zone, but once you get maybe a third or halfway through the story, these containers called I think it's either Blacklight or Whitelight containers appear in some areas on the map and you can pick them up and carry them to safe zones, break them/damage them and cause the virus inside to get unleashed for a short time

@@akr_1626 Yes you can make chaos without mods, you can look for infection gas barrels and steal them from blackwatch bases and bring them to city centre. When you hit it it will leak gas and infect everyone around it and start a chaos in the city.
