I know that this is an old post but I need some advice. My fiancée is a lactation consultant but she is very reserved and doesn't like to bother people with too many questions, she has started working on athena as the group has moved over from "nextgen". She has expressed a little frustration with the fact that on the previous software she could see all the service provider working with her scheduling info as well as the patient info and her own scheduling info all on one page (as I understand it) As programmer myself, I have some experience with programming conventions and I find it hard to believe that the software would not have customizable views built in. I don't need any sensitive information... I just want to know if I am right so that I can confidently encourage her to ask about a function that exists instead of her withdrawing because she didn't want to feel stupid in the first place.
