Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi has announced his 10-member Executive Council that will lead the Provincial Government for next five years.
The new members of the Executive Council comprise seven members of the ANC and three from other political parties, including the IFP, Patriotic Alliance and Rise Mzansi.
All of the seven ANC members of the Executive Council are from the previous sixth administration.
Political Analyst Dr Levy Ndou joins us for analysis.

The DA took well over 20% of cabinet and deputy cabinet positions. Why not discuss this imbalance? Why not discuss the MK challenge to the unlikely election results? ANC stop giving away executive power to those who do not want what you want and need.

It's really interesting that all the analysts and journalists are "concerned" that the "will of the people" is not being put first in GP BUT they all accepted, without batting an eyelid, what happened in KZN. All the small parties rushed to form government and keep MKP outside while most people there voted for them. Y'all just want the EFF and MKP outside by all means. You hypocrites you.

As a Gauteng resident I am happy for Panyaza for kicking out the arrogant racist DA in our GP governance and definetly 40% ramaphosa and helle zille who labelled Black people dogs are devastated by Panyaza not including the racist DA in Gauten the economic hub of South Africa.
