Hi i,ve just recieved a bad news from bia my case motion to reopen has been denied. I,ve been deported from the us with i130 approved. My question is can i still apply for a waiver even though bia denied motiin to reopen Or this is the final we,re really suffering me and my wife because of this mess. Please advice thank you

Hello, hoping you can answer my question.. I just became a Canadian citizen. Here in Vancouver BC; I am originally from Mexico and i got brought to the USA when I was 13 with my parents. I Lived there for almost 30 years. I left the country back to Mexico 5 years ago As I was waiting for my Canadian passport. I have it now.. My question is what are the chances of me being denied entry to US or what’s the worst that could happen if they find out I used to live there? I have family there that I haven’t seen in over 5 years. Thank you

They will definitely find out you have lived here since you probably went to school here. If you get married to an American citizen you’ll be banned for at least 3 years, but there’s no other way you can come back to the country. If you got here when you were 13, lived here for 30 years and never got your status adjusted, that means you’re not too smart !!!

Do only spouses and parents can file for the provisional waiver, or can the children of the applicant who are either a U.S citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident also apply for it? My mother entered the United States without legal documentation, she didn’t have legal entry and wasn’t paroled. my sister is a U.S citizen; I am a permanent resident. My mother has been here for more than 10 years, approximately 18 years. Can my sister and I file for the provisional waiver in order to get my mother started for adjustment of status within the U.S if the provisional waiver is approved?

No, this is only for spouse petitioning for spouse or parent petitioning for child. This does not apply for child petitioning for parent. There is no waiver of forgiveness for parents, the ONLY way they can have a waiver a forgiveness is if that child that is petitioning for them is in the military. So if you or your sister are in the military then yes, your mom can be pardoned in place

Great video. We submitted 601a in March 2020 with processing times of 13months at the time being. Meanwhile the wait time today is 30 months. I can’t request an inquiry because the submission date hasn’t passed. But the backlog only gets bigger. Do you have any tips?

If someone enter usa illegally caught on border then go through asylum interview in detention center and move asylum in immigration court but now married to usa citizen approved i130 need 601a wavier??

Hi I want to know we have 601a waiver then consulate ask for 601 waiver when we approval 601 waiver the consulate ask for new 601a waiver they said invalid you need to apply new 601a We are not understanding this You think they making mistakes something please let me know
