phil larkin meds work natural things work to, just relax buddy, been on prozac 20mg for almost 14 days and so far i haven’t been benefiting basically just been super sensitive to hot and cold sweating constantly, stomach pain, headaches i’ve got about another few weeks before i get more ssris. i’d love to do some natural things aswell but i just don’t have the will power to get out of bed. hope i start doing better soon :/

yes... well stopped SSRIs all together a few weeks ago, i just couldn't take the side effects anymore... now waiting for reality to hit :)

Yes, that too for awhile. One of the side effects of Prozac is flu like symptoms....body aches, throat pain, and burning and stiffness in areas of the body. My issues went away a couple of days after I made my first comment, but I did have these side effects for a couple of weeks after the doctor increased my dose to 20 mg per day from 10mg. Hopefully yours will go away too but do tell your doctor. I hope you feel better.
