What this game did was make this already intense rivalry even more intense.

Georgia turns the series around after suffering a Losing record to the Gators of Florida from 1990 through 2006 that spanned from Tim Scam's 12th Grade Senior Year in the 90's through Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable's 12th Grade Senior Year of the 2006-07.

I'm an AU fan but like and respect UGA and Richt. Hate Gators with a passion so glad they won three in a row. The dance was awesome especially the big men. I was LOL so hard at this. One of the best moments in history.

It doesn't matter, the #1 problem with a lot of people in college football that people don't realize is that the schedules ROTATE every year, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Kentucky, Auburn, Florida, etc. all have to deal with easy schedules and tough schedules throughout the years. Florida has to play South Carolina & LSU every year and had all of them AT HOME this year. Georgia had to play South Carolina IN COLUMBIA, SC, it's tough to win up there, Alabama struggled in Columbia in 2010!

How did Tennessee win the East that year, when Georgia had so much success? TN lost to FL and AL both that year. Georgia beat both of their arch SEC rivals of Florida and Auburn that year.

I have a feeling that this is about to become the annual lizard skinning!

Georgia will have a tougher schedule next year, it's our turn now for the challenge, and we have to go to Clemson in Death Valley and South Carolina at home back to back weeks for the 2013 opener. we have to go @ Auburn again with Gus Malzahn as the new head coach. Georgia has to deal with more rivals than anybody in the SEC, our state touches more SEC teams, which makes it tougher for us, Florida-Auburn-GT are our biggest rivals, South Carolina-Tennessee are our secondary rivals.

It is a pity that I was in my last year at William & Mary and just considering going to grad school at Georgia at the time. When I finally went to Georgia and they played Florida, the Gators avenged themselves.

Love how Scam was supposedly their second or third string guy yet you never see him talking to Tebow like Brantley or wearing a headset or being involved at all.

Columbia, SC, Death Valley, and Tuscaloosa, AL are deadly places to play on the road, it's not easy to win up there. Half of the ranked teams Florida beat they had HOME FIELD ADVANTAGE (LSU & SC)! Georgia had to play South Carolina in Columbia with an electrifying crowd, had Florida in Jacksonville (Neutral), won that one and ruined their season, and Alabama at Atlanta (Neutral) and barely lost, Georgia had no top ranked teams at home this year, Florida had 2 of them at home!

God Im glad the Richt era is over. I loved what he did for our program the first 5 years. But watch any UGA game under Richt after 2005 and you'll see that physically, UGA was weak. They benefited from having elite position players, but OLine and DLine were weak as hell. Glad Coach Smart is fixing that.

No doubt the coolest football game i've ever seen, it's in the history books and i'll never forget it. The Dawg players this year need to play the whole year with the attitude we had in this game, and that's up to the players to determine, not the coaches. Screw the penalties and sportsmanship and go play no holds barred, aggressive, in your face, intelligent, shove it down your throats football, that's the only way we ever get back to the NC game.

That was Johnny Manziel's first home game and he improved throughout the season, if Florida played A&M later in the season, A&M would beat Florida back. Tennessee, I understand, Knoxville is a tough place to play in, but Derek Dooley is just a terrible coach lol, and FSU, hell nah Florida plays FSU every year it's a rivalry game, plus, the SEC is stronger than the ACC anyways.

As a Dawg fan, I am nervous about Florida's pass rush. We can't afford to turn the ball over and Florida's D is great at forcing turnovers. Florida can certainly run the ball as displayed against LSU. We have trouble stopping the run. Hopefully we can firm things up this week and give you guys a solid game.

All I can say is, and I know I'm not a S Car fan so it doesn't really matter, the Dawgs looked sorry as fuck last Saturday. Based solely on that I think it stands to reason that Florida will win, not handily. It's going to be a game to remember for sure but I feel good about the Gators' odds.

I'm just gonna go ahead and stop you right there because FSU wouldn't beat Florida and Ohio State definitely wouldn't beat Florida. Alabama isn't even worth bringing up. As for the other 3 I think Florida would stack up well, especially now that defense has come into its own. We're ranked 25 in the running yardage overall; there are only 24 other teams better than us at running the ball in all of college football but you're probably right about having no run game.
