Hi, the WiFi is around 60Mbs but if you plan or download a lot of files or play online definitely get a lan cable as it plugs straight to the wall next to the desk 🎉

For me it was the best option, if you want to find something cheaper, finding rooms in houses next to University 🏡 might be a good idea. I would say reach out to University, they have a list of good landlords💪
