I've only ever used a Vita once, but my favourite game on the PSP is Little Big Planet. It had an amazing single player campaign and a good level editor. It's a shame my PSP doesn't have internet.

The 2 errors with that kind of weird font, and a loading bar of asterisks. Are modded PsVitas. The normal ones with the bubble errors are normal ones. And the one with the GPU crash is when you have plugins in two places at the same time, like plugins in ur0, and ux0. Then gpu is overloaded, that's why it crashes.

But WAIT DUDE!!! You forgot some errors! You can have an error that says that the memory card data is corrupted and the card has to be formatted. The system then gets restarted and the memory card is wiped, and you lose all of your saves and games. However, the Vita works just fine. And also, when an app doesn't want to launch, there also can appear an error message when you try to launch it from the LiveArea menu - "The app cannot be launched" followed by an error code. This happens after the console was turned off while installing the game, or when trying to run pirated games without knowing what you're doing.

The GPU crash can be very common with modded vitas. It usually happens with a bad sd2vita, plugins are installed in two places and running at the same time, bad cheat codes, even just the system overheating from being overclocked. But the CPU crash is very rare.

What happened for me was, when I play my favorite games, sometimes it freezes that I can't even hard reset it. So I had to teardown the back, and replug the battery, and it works again.

Favorite Vita games are LittleBigPlanet PsVita honestly thats it. PTR and LBP are my fav series.

I think there’s one Error you forgot sometimes in games if the SD card gets removed while The system is on it will first when you open a game that’s not a cartridge one it will say the file is corrupt second this also does something to photos where you can’t record or take pictures but But to solve this error take out the SD card well the system is off and then put it back in while the system is off and then try doing any of those and it should work

I got the serious error has occurred from removing the “SD card” while data was being transferred. Surprisingly nothing bad happened, probably extreme luck

I once experienced some kind of kernel issue on my Vita while playing NFS Most Wanted online. Scary as fuck.

The vita gpu crash error is one of the scariest and worst day of my life, I think i overclocked all of my games wrong and i accidentally set it to full settings and whenever i started the game. My vita's still got the crash as always

The CPU cannot crash, neither can the GPU. The "GPU CRASH" is listed incorrectly, as actually the graphics part of the system has encountered a fault, and causes it to restart as the fault has propagated as the GPU faulting causes other code referencing it to fault too.

THANKS! 1:14 this happend when something is wrong with the FW or with the hardware (for me it showed during a game loading, this happend for a bad plugin installed --henkaku cfw--) i see this error many time in similar cases 1:46 problem with Memory card probably, if you have a vita try to eject the memory during boot and you get it (or Maybe similar error look like "psvita Memory card ejected the system will be shutdown") in this case you have a "bootloop" something was messed up with fw file 2:55 mhh, maybe Dragon Quest builders, oceanhorn or ucharted g.a

There is also the blue light blink,i heard it's when you take out a game,but when it has a black screen,the console has a technical failure,and to repair that you have to hold the power button for 30sec and restart,this happened to me recently and i haven't been able to fix it :(

I got the error at 1:08 while playing Tearaway and it didn't have the glitched background, just a plain black background along with the text and my favorite game is Tearaway.

for the first vita error just try to hold the power button for about 10 secs and it should power off. go head and press PS + Power button + R at the same time for 10 or 30 sec, it should boot you to safe mode.

You forgot the errors where you take out the memory card while the PS Vita is still on, and the one where after you reboot (from the memory card error, let it get to the start screen) then put in the memory card then reboot again (take the memory card out while it is rebuilding database) you get the first error, then the fatal error which will force you to reboot.

Theres a error too on all vita models when you delete a system file in vitashell. Then when you active your vita, its gonna say that memory card is corrupted and you "must" format it, but when you try vita just restart and ask you the same. What you need to do? buy a new memory card..

Idk if this counts but the Vita can sometimes refuse to charge while the orange charging light blinks. Rebuilding the database usually fixes it tho

We had a Vita for about a month, then my brother, seeing that the screen was dirty, put it under the tap to clean it. He fried the console, and made my mom pissed, and she threw it away. Still unsure if we could've sent it to Sony to get it fixed/get a replacement.
