The PS2 is one of my favorite retro system of all-time and it’s especially my first ps2 console since I was a kid that I ever played from 2005-2009 in my childhood. I also really missed having my old generation because I had wonderful memories of exploring console menus with old sounds and I’m feeling like getting a fat ps2 again for some point cause it still had a best selling.

Yeah fat PS2s aren’t that expensive, they’re from 20$ (in mediocre condition) to about 50-60$ (in good condition)

I only got a PS2 a few years ago (around the start of the pandemic) but honestly it’s one of my favorite systems and I keep it plugged in all the time, which I don’t really do for my old consoles. It has so many great games like Ratchet and Clank and Kingdom Hearts, plus it can play PS1 games like Final Fantasy 7, *plus* it can play the 3 CDs I own *and* movies? Why wouldn’t I love it?

The PS2 original in 2000 was my first brand new console I bought it with Christmas money still remember my very first PS2 ordered GTA 3 and got 2 extra memory cards and two clear controllers and gran trurismo and need for speed hot pursuit 2

@@monickahunde4683 well, in my eyes, kids these days want the latest and greatest of tech. But, I still think a ps2 is playable, if you have games for your system. I wouldn't mind having a ps2, as long as there is a wide selection of games I can play. so, it's up to you.

I had this model until 2009 - 2015. PS2 still my favorite console ever. also, i like consoles from Microsoft (xbox) and Nintendo, but Sony, as for me, always made great products
