So once you see goldhen you can go to settings / network / set up internet connection and connect to WiFi safely and this is down to goldhens protection that will not allow the ps4 to update.

No problem at all.... just as soon as you make the new jailbreak method for the firmware above 11.0 Been waiting for this new one for 11.0 for about 2 years. What if my old ps4 has a dying HDD and I need to upgrade it to a SSD and I screwed??

nope, if the HDD dies you get a new one, boot into safe mode and use the restore firmware. Now of course you loose all the profiles and game saves but at least you will still have a working ps4.

you can jailbreak a never messed with ps4 on 11.00 but if you go over that say 11.03 then you can't.

Can the ps4 see the update on the usb stick and did you get the download from the video description? You can also get 11.00 here : darthsternie.net/ps4-firmwares/ Just make sure it's 11.00 and not the top one 11.02.

Yes but it's very complicated, I know that you need to solder things after taking the PS4 apart, you have to be really sure of what you're doing.

If you are on 11.00 then no need to downgrade as give it a few months and the 11.00 will be more stable and will receive more support from devs than 9.00.

I know ps4 cheats manager works on 11.00. Anything that currently don’t work will more than likely get updated to work on 11.00.

depends on what it is, If it's a ps4 game then it should work but if its homebrew then it's hit and miss as it may need updating to work with 11.00.

To revert a ps4 update ? Simple answer no but the ps4 has got two versions on it so the version you are on now and the one you updated from but to revert back from what I understand requires you to open the ps4 up and solder some kind of micro controller into it.
