@@TheBatman402 bought mine since 2016, the very first gen type 10xxxx, tho it sounds like an airplane jet but it still works perfectly fine, never got a problem with overheat (like most people said),, i play TLOU pt2, Ghost of tsushima, GOW ragnarog with it. Works perfectly fine despite of the "engine" sound 😂😂. Sometimes u gotta ignore those who says ps4's are unreliable (especially FAT type), here i got a living proof tht those are just not true, it depends on where you buy it, is it from 2nd hand personal use,, or refurbished type. In my opinion u should get the 2nd hand personal use, but u have to look/check for the condition first, as long as it doesn't have any dent/severe scratches (mint physical condition) or doesn't show any common symptoms such as auto eject, then go for it. Don't mind the loud fan, cuz it's a good sign means that the cooling system is working as it should so that the engine don't get overheat easily.

In my opinion, the PlayStation 4 is the greatest console ever yet. The game library it has, it's longevity, the legendary Dualshock 4... I could say much more. I don't even see the PS5 passing the PS4 in terms of "Legendary Status"

So, i have a ps5, but i gotta admit, the ps4 was a great console, i tried it on my cousin's house, the home menu gave me so much chills and relax, i could even sleep with it, the games were cool, and i remember playing fortnite at my cousin's house (in 2019) and it was very cool, also i have to say one more thing, for people who say the ps4 is more like a jet engine, it doesn't depend to the console, it depends on how the owner threaths the console.
