Hi, thanks for the tutorial. I like it to make a question, why do you solding in 3V and not in 5V of diagram? The diagrams are incorrect? Or it is for changes in fat, slim, pro.. thanks

It should connect to the 3.3-volt point as Syscon VDD is 3.3 volts. Why connect to the 5-volt point?

Good job👍 One question. Can I dump my syscon and may be nor with fw 9.00, after will update ps4 to fw 11.5 (actually fw). Then bye game in ps store ( because haven't dump this game in share) And after this comeback to fw 9.00? You opinion possible or not?)))

Me again brother😅, I have another ps3 with one hard drive it says that It can’t find the correct stogare and with other 3 it says that there is no storage with software update on it. I even formated one and put the latest version 4.91 but it still shows the same thing. I’m guessing bad hdd reader, Can I have your thoughts on this? please and thanks. 🙏

One question, why don't you remove the syscon chip to work better and have not risk breaking the leg that needs to be desoldered ? I ask because I've already seen a couple of YTbers who have broken it...

It is better to pull one pin instead of whole pins. All we need to connect four or five wires from the Teensy. Pulling off an on the entire chip is a big hassle for a non technical person.🧍♂️
