its because its a tv it has to be a small 1920 x 1080 monitor to get less delay, the bugger the screen the more delay there is

As an ps4 player I been playing it my whole life so I’m very used to it I don’t feel it. But go to settings and turn off replay mode. I will be making a video on it.
