Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is a 2009 action-adventure game developed by Naughty Dog and published by Sony Computer Entertainment. It is the second game in the Uncharted series, and was released in October 2009 for PlayStation 3. Set two years after the events of Drake's Fortune, the single-player story follows Nathan Drake, Chloe Frazer, and Elena Fisher as they search for the Cintamani Stone and Shambhala while battling a militia led by war criminal Zoran Lazarević.
Development for Uncharted 2: Among Thieves began immediately following the critical and commercial success of the first entry. The development team drew inspiration from explorer Marco Polo and his expeditions through archipelagos and eastern Asia. Naughty Dog developed an updated proprietary engine for Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, which runs exclusively on the Naughty Engine 2.0 system.

Uncharted series is seriously one of the best gaming franchises IMO, I wish I'd discovered the easy earlier than I did. It's up there with Resident Evil and Legend of Zelda for me, but for different reasons. The stories are so captivating.

Moving from train cart to train cart, the helicopter chase sequence, finding a tank and shooting said helicopter down and the boss fight at the end. This mission too damn good

My favourite part of the whole game were the tibetan village in the mountains and the first view at Shambala. Those were stunning locations.

The part where you have to move the arms on the 4 armed statue to drain the pool mesmerized me the first time. I must have stayed in that room looking at every nook and cranny and just enjoying that room. I know it’s weird but I’ll never forget it. When I replay I still do stay in that room for like 5-10 minutes longer. Awww the small things!

I find it interesting that the uncharted 1 and 3 feel very fast paced while uncharted 2 and 4 feel very emotionally driven.

Uncharted 2 is definitely the best in the series, there’s very few parts I have trouble with on crushing/brutal difficulties it’s still challenging but I get through it better than 3 and 1

This was definitely one of the most frustrating yet rewarding sequences in any game I've ever played. Those damn crossing signals milled me more times than I care to remember.

Uncharted series brings so much good memories to me. I decided to plat all 5 of them back in march 2021 when i had covid and God I miss that time. Even if I was sick. Uncharted is by far one of the best series out there.

Idk if i can agree as best mission idk which game it was 2 or 3 i think 3 .. The mission where you fall out the plane land in the desert and walk i was left speechless and shocked i could mot believe wat was happening ive never played game with that detail back then on ps3 truly amazing experience ... Games that left me speechless and immersed was Skyrim elder scrolls original , all uncharted games, dungeon seige i think the name made by obsedian games' shadow of morrow ' heavenly sword' far cry 3' assassins creed games' dishonored' gta 4' saints row games wolf among us' back to future' the other naughty dawg game with the girl as a weapon physic powers i forgot the name' la noire' dragon age Games' ninja gaiden' many more ill have to comeback to type glad i played those collection of games ps3 was so good when gaming wasn't as boring as it now
