@@aloe7794Expert has a 175% damage multiplier. For a a boss that deals some of the highest damage in the game it is a huge difference when you're tanking. Defense gets a 50% increase on Expert. So assuming you make a maxed out defense build, you still are left with a +25% damage taken over classic. His attacks deal 160-300 damage on expert (a 100% increase over the supposed 75%). Which is roughly a 4th-half of your max health. Even with 90 defense you'd still be taking a minimum of 100 per hit.

fun fact: terraria's workshop has a kingdom hearts sfx pack the hurt sounds for male are sora's, the female hurt sounds are aqua's admittedly i can't remember much else other than the mana max sound also being different
