About the chant:
This Psalm sang this way should make us remember the Ottoman massacre of Armenians.
In 1915 a million people were brought through what is now Turkey and walked to their deaths near Deir-al-Zour in modern Syria. One hundred years on, only a handful of survivors remain to tell the stories of the Armenian genocide.
Komitas (Pictured in the video) a genius artist who suffered immensely after witnessing the genocide and died in a mental institution in France, a loss not only to Armenians but music lovers all over the world

@@johnsix.51-69, First of all, I'm not Protestant, and second of all none of these verses correlate as to why we should be praying to Mary or other Saints. Jesus is the only intercessor between us and the Father and the Bible makes that clear. Also, God has always instructed us to pray to him only. Do we see Jesus ever pray to Saint Moses? No, and thus we follow his lead and pray to The Father. We honor Mary as she is the Mother of Jesus but we absolutely don't Pray to her as she cannot hear us and the Bible makes it clear that we Pray to God Only. So I suggest that you look into the true meaning of these verses and don't just take them out of context to support Catholic Created Doctrines that don't line up with Scripture. May God Bless you.

For those of you that are unaware, that image is of Soghomon Soghomonian also known as Komitas. He was an Armenian priest and famous composer. Unfortunately after the Armenian Genocide he suffered greatly and was essentially destroyed mentally to the point of having to be in psychiatric care for the rest of his short life. Rest in Peace Komitas Vardapet and all 1.5 million Armenians, and over a million Greeks and Assyrians that suffered at the hands of the Ottoman Turks during the Armenian Genocide.

Jesus Christ is called the Son of God more than 40 times in the Bible. What does that title mean exactly, and what significance does it have for people today? First, the term does not mean Jesus was the literal offspring of God the Father, as each of us is the child of our human father.
