Today we finally put together an enclosure fitting for this incredible spider.
Hailing from the outworldly region of the warm tropical forests of the Veracruz region of Mexico.
Psalmopoeus victori aka the Darth Maul Tarantula, Mexican Half and Half is a breathtaking tarantula and truly worthy of a special enclosure.
Something a little bit different than my normal builds but this enclosure still has all the spiders needs first and foremost. This one was a lot of fun to put together and I think she will love it.

They say tarantulas are so sensitive they can feel something in the range of the pressure of light. I think my Psalmopoeus have proven it to me.

Hi Biggs, nice set up, Darth Maul, one of my favourite characters, enclosure looks great, and fit for the beauty that is the victori. Still eludes me but ill get one

My 3” juvenile female is a nut! Lol. Very defensive. She’s quick to throw a threat pose at you or slap the ground just for breathing near her. lol. On the flip side she’s out 99% of the time!!! Very showy!!!
