@darkxkitty I used the Copic Colourless Blender marker at the start of the video, because I wanted to achieve a 'soft colour' effect as it will 'dilute' the colour intensity when I apply the rest afterwards. Some people can just apply the actual pastel-ly colours if they have the shades in their collection, but I do this to compensate for my limited palette ;) If you're wondering how I made the drawing itself prior to colouring, I used a normal mechanical pencil to sketch and a G-pen to ink.

@darkxkitty He's using Copic Markers. A VERY pricey type of coloring markers that produce great results. The marker he used in the first few seconds was a clear copic marker which you must use before the colored ones in order to prevent the others from smudging. In order to color like he is, you must use Copic Markers. But just a few can run you close to a hundred or more dollars.

@Zodelia I use Ivory Cardstock. It's abundant where I live, but I'm not sure about its availability in other countries.

what pencil you use in the first second?? o.o i didnt see any color xDDD please answer me =D i want to try this way of painting, looks very cool =D! and what pencil i have to use!
