wave and particle nature are dual because individually they behave very differently. so a particle will have both kinds of characteristics, dual characteristics. energy and mass aren't behavioral descriptors. those are physical observables, results of a lab experiment. those can be equivalent, like $1 is approx equivalent to Rs 80, there is no dual behaviour there. that's why it is the mass-energy equivalence principle.

Sudhanshu Trivedi is Mechanical Engineering professor and also Phd in Mechanical Engineering.. and you both are making fun of him. I can admit that after leaving field for many years one can make mistakes, even specialist doctors make mistakes sometime and Einstein did mistake in Quantom Entanglement.. does that makes Einstein fully irrelevant. I am taking about the comments which are full of hate toward a certain religion and political ideology. You should also make vedios on Islamic and Christian predictions on Science or if you want to comment someone on his or her statements then at least call them on your show and then argue them. Don't throw stone and run away.. Directly try to have an argument with them.

sorry to say but may be you are wrong actually mass of all the electron proton and neutron ,quarks,glueons is only one percent which come from the interaction of higgs boson from higgs field and other 99% is due to the kinetic and potential energy of the particles in same way in chemical reaction when the energy is removed from system in any form the mass of overall system change may be change is negligible because so little amount of energy is release as we know E=MC^2 change in mass can be neglected and energy is not converted to mass as we tough in school according to Einstein mass and energy is exactly same thing . So keep in mind if energy is removed from the system is same thing as mass is removed as we know E=Mc^2

I would like to point out that when u talk of duality, light has both wave and partical nature simultaneously, but in case of mass and energy, if there is a particle then it has mass and it can be converted to energy and vice versa. For a single partical either, it exists as a partical or energy, not both simultaneously
