Is PSMA PET CT sensitive enough for definitive initial staging of local v regional? Would guide initial/curative modalities. (Perhaps hormone therapy that often accompanies radiation could be ditched. Or added. And surgery reserved for those with truly organ-confined cancer. ) And reduce recurrence.
