Mainly just do dailies,and defeat the next big bad boss that appears once or twice,then go back to just doing dailies.NGS's fun for you,PSE at Retem all day for meseta.

TLDW - Melek series is the bone Sega threw to the slayer players that refuse to use Versch series, if you can find a ranged potential one with fixa termina on it (the other potentials will likely lean towards fixa fatal or abundac) it will be just as good as a Tisah weapon, and with how these are dropping, you may soon be able to just brute force 1 to have termina on it for a "reasonable" amount of meseta. Melek is "Mid" for anyone that is comfortable with their Versch or Tisah 9* (and the lucky SOBs using Fugelgard weapons).

btw kerropi, idk if i miss it in the video but the melek does drop from the regular dread as well , i got 2 melek and both are from the dread enemies not the starless boss

So i had tested a melek rod vs a versch rod and the melek buries the versch by a mile especially on the weakspot/break. Versch rod was doing between 2500-4500 on weak, 6800 on break. Melek is between 4300-7500 on weak and 11000 on break. Compound and pbs are massive too. Fomelgion is between 18k and 28k. Both tests were done with no fixa and 120% tech potency and i didn't use Slayer sub class either

So I've recently learned I have zero skill. I have decent gear, 150%+ potency. But my dps is mid 2k in solus, with a peak at 3.1k. Though once yesterday I did hit 4.2k in UQ solus, but that may have been because I got a flugel buff from someone. I've spent the past few days trying different weapons and going into solus solo to try and figure out how to raise my dps, but its still around the same. I have no idea what I'm missing.

It's something to work for.Took out Halvaldi with tiny potency and Verschmelz Fixa 2 and some efitus.I have 3 unbuilt Octo armor Argas from Personal Shop.Unless flexing,Verschmelz and efitus will do.

Considering how much investment a verschmelz weapon need, I'll continue to use my Neos A Termina 3 weapon. Had both at the same fixa and level 2, but put better augments on the verschmelz, as i thoight it would be my new main weapon. Playing with it i felt disappointed as the dmg seemed lower (well it was). After talking with a few players they pretty much confirmed my suspicion. Out of rage up-augmented Neos A Wand and raised the fixa by another level. Considering i don't have exdi capsules (only 105 trch potency) i do around 11k per hit and around 78k on final hit in photon blast if it is a crit, so I'm quite happy with it.

Jeez what the hell? My +70 Neo A with 6 poor man augs only does like 400 per hit with a final hit of like 3000-5000 on my bouncer spinny attack And my PBs do like 1000 per hit with like an 18-20k final hit. Wtf Some randos I fought Dark Falz with were doing like 200 per hit but I still feel pretty weak.

@@millgiass I mean, how much potency do you have? And which fixa? I have termina 3 (that is +12 potency) and unlocked till potential 6. Also the augments I have on the Wand are: Tech IV, Ams Soul IV, Highael domina LC, Gigas Tech IV, Halphinale LC. Armor is similar, just some of the LC switched for dread keepr IV as I didn't have enough of said LC capsules. My average dps during DF Opus is around 1200, so I'm quite low. In retem lvl80 combat zones is around 2K

doesn't the accessibilty imply that it's better than the verschmelz weapon? it's base attack is only a difference of 2 and the chances of getting a fixa over time on the melek is also higher than getting termina 3 on verschmelz 🤔

Sure, if I get one, I'll use it... But I've put far too much investment into my Verschmelz, plus being a Hunter main, I need to make every hit count Halphinale, Exdi Gua Parfait, Grand Dread Keeper, Gladia Soul, Gua Triplble, and Gigas Maste

So how much fixa do I need on Melek ? to out perform my Neos J Termina 5 on light weak enemy and Neos A Fatale 5 on normal enemy . because somehow i got both Neos J and A , with Termina 5 and Fatale 5 . I forgot to say that it was for gunblade

Termina 5 melek probably outpaces neos, since it's base attack is 100-ish points higher

@ramirorojocretta seems pretty hard to get it up to 5 , but if 3 is already can surpass that , then it's good , though I might use tech potential and not range potential for critical rate

@kerrropi can you do a damage calculation video? I looked at the cakewalk calculation and Melek term 3 (30% Crit) is stronger than the Versh term 3. Also All Melek weapons at baseline are stronger than versh term 1. Also Slayers who do not have Tisha or Fulgard, Melek is a MUST. However a 2nd opinion would be fantastic.

This was what I came up with as well. Melek with Term and Crit pot seems like a good upgrade for Versh users. Not necessary to do content but it should be noticeable.

I have the melek battleverge and it is doing the same damage as the verchemel with fixa 1. I have halphanale, gladia soul, exdi staspimeltech, sta trip, giga maste lc, highret domina 22.8 tech overall 158.6 pot

The problem is that I'm planning on using Bo/Fi Monk build so If I multi weapon the Melek Jet Boots with Knuckles I will get the Exploding one

After checking damage calculators vs my Neos Fatale 4 TMG, I was kind of underwhelmed since even there it was a sidegrade unless getting a fixa Melek. But then stars seemed to align anyways, cause I ended up grabbing a "cheap" fixa 1 Tisah TMG instead at 18m which gets me close enough to Flugel damage instead. Problem now is waiting for a rifle to multi with at a decent price...

I got a fugelguard rod to drop on reset not what i wanted sold it and got a melek gunblade +70 and another with fixa fatale 1 mashed it, wanted a katana also but none eye catching. until i find the right 10 star.Guess i save that meseta for future stuff

Yes you can, he was simply stating you can't add new fixas to a weapon with no fixa though random chance.

We're close to the end of the year where there will be a new weapon added. There is no point in grinding for this unless you are after some small boost in DPS.

My versh was a side-grade from my Neos A. There's no way that a Melek is a side-grade to the Versh. Go back to the deft-boosting augments and the Melek should shine.

My fixa 1 termina verschmelz was a joke compared to melek without fixa in damage. Went from 4.2k up to 5.1k from my tmg PB hits which is actually insane considering both are 9*

Same with me I had a Ver term 2 and my Melek Rifle destroys it in term of damage unfortunately it's a fixa atk lvl 1 😢really want term 03 on it

Unless that Tisha bullshet & Melecrak have some hidden Dmg buff, I really don't see how, as Tisah has the shettiest Potential in the whole gdm game, & Mekek just seems like some bs to entice idiots to grind for more useless, overhyped crap just to say they got it -_-

If you're playing slayer, then I'd stick with the Neos-A with fixa 5. Termina only increases crit damage but not the crit rate. Fixa Fatale would be better for other classes. Keep in mind that the lv6 potential has a +38% potency increase. Melek has half of that.

@@Fade2BlackSS I would check Cakewalk damage calculation first, I main Slayer as well and have a Neos A term 4 and have looked into this. The Melek weapon with any fixa is stronger than a Neos A term 5. However the 30% crit offers significantly more DPS at fixa term 1 or 2 compared to Neos A.

@@HeavyBreeze Well sure. But you'll either have to get lucky and find a Melek with a Fixa or buy one from the personal shop which is going to be expensive at this point. If they do find or build one that's fixa'd, I'd go for the Melek too. But at this point, sticking with a fully built Neos isn't going to hurt either.

@@Fade2BlackSS having the Neos A doesn’t hurt at all, but given the Melek is grindable, we are likely to get an SG support scratch with fixa boosters getting a fixa on Melek is very realistic possibility, they will also go down in price on the market at term 1.

I will be honest, as much as the potency loss for the Verschimelz annoys me, the fact that it is a tradeoff actually pleases me. At higher levels, the weapons SHOULD have a tradeoff. You get the power, but what do you lose?

All I’m saying is I’m chillin with a vershmelz fixa lvl 1 and I often carry in endgame content. I understand the new fixas being good, but I just don’t understand the need to say a weapon has to be fixa lvl 3 for it to be viable. You only need so much dmg and by the time you’ve grind to get lvl 3 a new weapon series is out again 😂.

Let's average out the cost of augments to slap in the Melek You might be able to get a top tier Melek for what 50 mil I'd say. December probably will have yet another weapon or 3. I mean, how are people keeping up with this flow?

+80 is around the corner and who knows what ungodly resources we'll need for that. The more resources it takes and the harder it becomes to enhance and level a weapon, the less incentive there is to switch to a new series even if it's "better." We're quickly getting to a point where it's not worth upgrading for a few percent better simply because it costs so much to do it where it's not worth it.

This is something I've been pondering for......months now (I started playing (again-ish) around August last year): Application for Gearing. I've come to understand this game is simply about grinding & playing dress-up. Emphasis on the latter. But the only things the grinding can be applied to outside UQs, which are a mainstay, is farming Gigantix in and out of Purple Triggers, and Leciel Exploration. LTQs come and go, and next to none are good enough to be considered replayable when they're around (10 min. PUG wait times anyone ⏲️). Duel Quests don't test your skill based on your normal gear, not everybody has the meseta or resources to fully dedicate themselves to them. Ordinal Tower and Trinitas? You're a fool x). It's constantly playing catch up HOPING (hopium) there'll be an abundance of content to finally apply it to. DF Solus was a hardcore bone but I guess since the team felt now that they finally have something they've been asking for(?), we can justify the trash rewards they get from it, lol.

BTW kero, you can now craft the new Fixas with the Fixa enhance system, it was fixed in this update, still getting abandac or wix is 2/9 to get it

Incorrect. The update fixed the ability to not transfer the new Fixas. They stated prior to this update that it's intentional to not be able to generate them.

I think this is might just be a flat upgrade for most Slayers, since the Vers potential wasn't particularly good for us... At least according to the calculator, Slayers were better off with Neos A. than with Vers weapons...

It is unless you're on Tisah or Flugel. At least in the case of Tisah, you'd have to get a Fixa terminal 3 or 4 to beat a nude Tisah, but only by a small amount... Pretty much Fixa gamba for small gains... Yaaaay...

Yup! In your case you can stick with the Verschmelz and skip the Melek (or farm for them and sell them on the player market).

in short: Verschmelz termina 3, its dead content clap your hands for SEGA xD just my opinion. Sad that SEGA cant create real new contet and recycle everthing worst of all, they started to recycle Starless xD

yeah, doing Halvadi is fun, and i got Tisah from that boss, tho its not my favorite weapon. but its my first Tisah weapon nonetheles ~ gonna keep hunting him more, moreover this boss is quite fast to spawn, like 10 minutes more/less? depend how fast to kill the field boss.

At least I managed to get a Flugelgard TMG @ around my 7th+ run of UQ Solus because finding a friendly set players to run Solus with [nonUQ] is a boss fight on it's own, that's the first uber drop since February and I managed to get gold in Arks Record so there went all my pity RNG for at least a year LOL

I'll stick with just forming for Dreads if I spelled that word right enemies I'm want to do starness dreads enemies I might end up doing it by myself if I don't get myself killed lol I would ask people to help me in ship 2 but I'm don't trust anyone else except for you and emiko because y'all my friends but thank you man for telling me about the weapon 👍

Remember when I said Wellbia would not fix any of the game's problems? Looks like I was right. Sega should just hire me into their marketing team at this point. I am running a good average for predicting how marketing decisions are going to go for them. Such as the sharp decrease in players BECAUSE of Wellbia.

Malek weapon seems like my kind of weapon, I like AoE farming during PSE Burst. I hope the aoe is good enough ;o

No. I have it together with a fixa unwix 3, which is arguably the best for mobbing. The additional aoe isn't worth it due to the cd. You would be dealing more consistent if you went straight up with a crit setup. They dropped the ball on this potential.

Sounds like a whole lotta grinding for nothing, as Upgrading Fixas is 10% chance & the Material weapon is lost whether or not that shet succeeds or not .... Kinda a waste of M$ for nothing ......
