Let me just say, you look as good as you did when you had fewer pounds on you. I actually love to see a Mukbanger who's not miraculously thin despite eating a lot. I myself gained a lot of weight the past 2 years due to health problems, and seeing as how much you enjoy food and how happy you are in your general life, helps me to try my best as well. It's hard not to define yourself by those numbers, but by not doing so, I'm sure we can all be much happier. And getting help for the "ignoring things" is also a great step! I myself have a similar problem. I don't ignore them, but I start thinking over and over about the problems, letting them spiral and get bigger in my head and creating new problems that don't even exist.
